These Boxes only have two types of connections: Coax and HDMI. The best way to connect these boxes to your TV is via HDMI. The DTA has 3 cords: The power cord, the incoming cable and the outgoing HDMI to the TV. Once those three cords are connected, you will also have to set the TV to the correct HDMI input.
The other way to connect the DTA is via COAX to the TV. You have one cord going from the “TO TV” spot on the DTA to the spot labeled “CABLE/ANTENNA”. DTA has 3 cords: The power cord, the incoming cable and the outgoing COAX to the TV. On the back of the DTA there is a selector to choose channel 3 or channel 4. Once the cords are connected, you will have to set the TV to the same channel as the selector on the DTA.
