When you call us to make a payment, you'll first speak with a friendly member of our Customer Support Team. They’ll confirm your account details and the amount you’d like to pay. Once everything looks good, you’ll be transferred to our secure automated payment system, where you can safely enter your payment information.
What You’ll Hear
Once you’re connected to the automated system, you’ll hear:
“To pay the amount your agent just gave you, press 1. To enter a different amount, press 2.”
- Press 1 to pay the exact amount discussed with the agent
- Press 2 if you’d like to enter a different amount
Then, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred payment method—a checking or savings account, or a credit/debit card. Simply follow the voice prompts to enter your payment details and confirm the total.
Once submitted, your payment will be automatically applied to your account, and the call will end.
