How to Connect Your Device to WiFi

Here are a few simple steps to get your device connected to your MaxxSouth High-Speed Internet:

Connecting your Windows 10 device

  1. Click the signal button in the bottom right corner of your desktop.
  2. Select your WiFi network name.
  3. Click Connect. 
  4. Enter the password to your WiFi network and click Next. If you have lost or forgotten your password, call our 24/7 Technical Support team at 800.457.5351.
  5. If you have successfully entered your password, Connected will display below your WiFi name. 

Connecting your Windows 7 device

  1. Click the signal button in the bottom right corner of your desktop.
  2. Select your WiFi network name.
  3. Click Connect. 
  4. Enter the password to your WiFi network and click Next. If you have lost or forgotten your password, call our 24/7 Technical Support team at 800.457.5351.
  5. Click OK
  6. If you have successfully entered your password, Connected will display below your WiFi name. 

Connecting your macOS device

*Steps may vary depending on your macOS version

  1. Click the WiFi button in the top right corner of your desktop.
  2. Click Turn WiFi On.
  3. Select your WiFi network name.
  4. Enter the password to your WiFi network and click Next. If you have lost or forgotten your password, call our 24/7 Technical Support team at 800.457.5351.
  5. Click Join.
  6. If you have successfully entered your password, a check mark will appear to the left of your WiFi network name. 

Connecting your iOS device

*Steps may vary depending on your iOS version

  1. Open your Settings app on the device. 
  2. Select WiFi.
  3. Select your WiFi network name.
  4. Enter the password to your WiFi network and click Next. If you have lost or forgotten your password, call our 24/7 Technical Support team at 800.457.5351.
  5. Press Join.
  6. If you have successfully entered your password, a check mark will appear to the left of your WiFi network name. 

Connecting your Android device 

*Steps may vary depending on your Android version

  1. Open your Settings Menu by clicking Apps or pulling down your top screen menu. 
  2. Select WiFi.
  3. Select your WiFi network name.
  4. Enter the password to your WiFi network and click Next. If you have lost or forgotten your password, call our 24/7 Technical Support team at 800.457.5351.
  5. Press Connect.
  6. If you have successfully entered your password, Connected will appear below your WiFi network name.
