– Carrier PIN: Your PIN is your Authorization ID, created during online account setup. If forgotten, call Cricket at 1.800.274.2538.

– Account number: Visit MetroPCS.com, tap My Account, select Payments, and choose any month. Alternatively, find it in bill reminder texts sent monthly.
